    • The minimum order is 1000 sets of scrubs (2000 pieces) per uniform color.
        • You can choose less than minimum but there will be an extra cost for the dyeing of the fabric.
    • The average tech pack cost runs between $ 1,000 and $ 2,000.
        • This is a one-time fee (as long as the design of the scrub remains the same).
    • This guarantees that your uniforms will fit according to the specifications provided to Red Iron.
    • The tech pack is needed to ensure sizing correctness. 
        • The manufacturer requires that the tech pack to be in a .pdf form (we supply the tech pack to both you and the manufacturer once the design on the uniform is decided)
    • Once a tech pack is created (this can take 3-4 weeks depending on the timing of the order), samples can be ordered.
        • Samples will be manufactured and shipped within 14 days of the sample order.
          • This will be after the dyeing of the fabric, which can take an additional 14-28 days.
    • If you will accept the samples in another color (in order to approve before you order fabric), the actual timing of the sample manufacturing is reduced and the cost can be deducted from the final order.
        • Sample costs run about $250.00 per sample (per size), and $ 50.00 – $150.00 for freight charges (depending on how many samples you order)
    • Fabric content can be chosen by you.
    • The scrub sets seen in the images on the website are 94% polyester / 6% spandex.
        • The fabric chosen in the images was for comfort and reliability.
      • Other fabric options include 100% cotton, 100% polyester, 30% cotton/70% polyester.
