Terms and Conditions

For first-time orders, we accept credit cards, or company checks. We accept American Express, Master Card, and Visa. We do not ship COD. To be reviewed for credit terms, an application will be sent to provide references and contact information. Please provide us with your fax number, e-mail or mailing address and we will send you our credit application.

For domestic orders, we ship UPS Ground. If it is a large order, we can ship by truck. Shipping and freight charges can be estimated based on size of shipment and destination. If requested, we will also ship with third party billing.

All product is produced to standard tolerances. Red Iron Brand Solutions warranties product to be free from defects in workmanship and material. When Red Iron Brand Solutions has determined that a product is defective, it will be replaced at Red Iron Brand Solutions discretion, a credit may be offered instead of replacement. Red Iron Brand Solutions liability is limited to the cost of the defective product. No other warranty is expressed or implied.

The customer shall test and verify the suitability of the product for intended use. No warranty for intended use is made. The customer assumes all risk and liability. Red Iron Brand Solutions’ only obligation is replacement or credit for product proven defective. Red Iron Brand Solutions shall not be liable for any loss or damage from the use or inability to use the product.

Any technical advice furnished or recommended by Red Iron Brand Solutions or any representative of Red Iron Brand Solutions concerning any use or application of any product is believed to be reliable but the company makes no warranty of results obtained. The customer shall test and verify for suitability for intended use.

Custom orders require a 50% deposit. Custom orders are non-returnable. Returns carry a 25% restocking fee. Prices are subject to change without notice.
